A safe, tested, and relatively non-invasive medical procedure, egg donation is the process of harvesting your eggs. They can be used immediately or frozen for use on a later date.
You will be compensated for the donation, but you will not have parental rights to any children born from it.

In case you are a good match for the intended parents, your eggs will be used to create a baby either by the intended mother or by the gestational surrogate.
